Healthfirst Care™ will focus on improving access and models of care (service redesign) in General Practice and community settings. It also aims to optimise our integration with the rest of the health system covering community care and hospital based care.

Our GP Network includes all our GP Member Practices and Associate Member Primary Care Providers ie. Pharmacists, Dieticians, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Podiatrists, etc.
